How to book

Parc Drae Holiday Bungalow, Stithians, Cornwall, U.K.

It is advisable to contact us ahead of submitting your booking to ensure that the property is available. We will then reserve Parc Drae for you for seven days to allow time for your booking form and deposit to reach us by post.

We normally look for payment by cheque but are able to accept PayPal for those that wish to pay by that means or by Credit Card. Regrettably to cover the cost of the PayPal service we have to charge an additional 4% on your whole holiday cost.

Terms and conditions

We try not to have a massive set of terms and conditions but it is necessary to have a few.

All bookings must be accompanied by a deposit of 50% of the total holiday cost.

The balance is due six weeks before the holiday date.

You are strongly recommended to take out appropriate holiday/travel insurance in case you are unable to take up the accommodation for some reason, as no refunds will normally be made in respect of monies already paid.

The deposit is strictly non refundable but we may refund part or all of the balance payment, at our discretion, if the whole of the period you have booked, but are unable to take up, is subsequently re-let.

It is essential that you let us know immediately you become aware that you are unable to take up the accommodation and we will need the cancellation confirmed in writing.

Bedding, towels, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. A travel cot and high chair are available but occupiers must provide their own bedding.

At the end of the holiday please leave the property in a tidy condition but we do not expect you to undertake a detailed clean.  Any breakages should be reported so that we can make sure that the full equipment level is maintained for future guests. Substantial damages caused by negligence of the guests will be charged.
