Terms:

We try to have as few terms and conditions as possible. However it is necessary to have the following:

  • A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking.
  • This may be paid by cheque, direct bank credit (details will be provided when the provisional booking is confirmed) or PayPal (PayPal payment add 4% to cover costs).
  • The balance of the hire charge is due 6 weeks before the commencement of the holiday.
  • The deposit is strictly non-refundable in the event that, for any reason, you are unable to take up the accommodation. 
  • Similarly the balance payment, once made, is non-refundable unless we are able to re-let the whole period in question.
  • For this reason we strongly recommend that you have appropriate travel insurance in place.
  • Should this become necessary it is essential that you let us know immediately by e-mail or in writing that you will be unable to take up the accommodation and we will then make every effort to re-let the period.
  • Bedding, towels, heating and electricity (not for electric car charging) are included in the price.
  • A travel cot and high chair are available, subject to advance notice, but we do NOT provide cot bedding.
  • At the end of the holiday the property should, please, be left in a clean and tidy condition, but we do not expect you to undertake a detailed clean - you are, after all, on holiday.
  • Any minor breakages/damages should be reported so that we can ensure that subsequent guests are not affected.
  • Only in the event of substantial damage would we seek to obtain redress from the hirer where that damage appears to be due to negligence or carelessness. 
  • Parc Drae is available from 3 p. m. on the day of arrival and you are asked to depart by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.
