Parc Drae is to be found tucked away in the centre of the village of
Stithians, adjacent to the owners' property. As we are "next
door" we are able to ensure that the property is presented to our
exacting standards.
It is well placed for
both coasts of the County and has easy access to the City of Truro
as well as Falmouth, Redruth & Camborne.
Parc Drae was originally built as a "Granny Annexe" to the owners'
property and offers the following accommodation:
Bedroom with 4'6"
double bed, made up ready for you with fresh bedding (duvet).
Shower room with fan heater and shaver socket. The combined washing
machine and tumble drier is located in this room. Separate toilet
with airing cupboard.
"L" shaped living room/kitchen/dining room offering colour
television with Freeview Digital, video recorder, DVD player and
stereo in the lounge area.
The kitchen area provides cooker, microwave, and refrigerator.
The dining room
can be divided by double doors from the living room to provide an
additional sleeping area on a sofa bed 3'8" for which duvets are
provided.

A cream tea is provided to welcome you.
(Gluten and/or dairy free by prior arrangement.)
Heating is by storage heaters and living flame electric fire. The
cost of heating & lighting is included in the rental and
bedding is supplied at no extra cost.
Towels are now also included.
Parking is at the front of the bungalow, away from the road, with
space provided for one car. There is an area of garden available for
use of our guests. Garden furniture is provided. Rotary clothes line
also provided.
There is a nearby BT Openzone/BT Fon Wi-Fi Hot Spot.
A travel cot is available, but please note you will need to provide
your own cot bedding.
Parc Drae has been available as a holiday home for over ten
years and enjoys a very good level of repeat visitors.
Electrical equipment is tested regularly to ensure that it
complies with the latest standards and substantial rewiring was
undertaken in late 2009 to ensure your safety.
We are sorry but we can not accommodate
dogs.
